Contact data
Beyond documents, the application requires accurate contact data: full name or entity name, address, email and phone. The registrant email is critical — expiry notices and transfer confirmations are sent there.
False declarations
Declaring false data or submitting forged documents constitutes forgery and/or use of forged documents under articles 186, 189 or 191 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Albania. No domain name is registered with false data.
How long verification takes
In practice, applications with complete documentation are approved within 1–3 business days. If a document is missing or details do not match, the application is returned for completion, which extends the process.
